This is user interaction platform where we get to chat with website users, get their comments and feedback, take their questions and answer them accordingly. Some time, the widget might be online (someone is on the other side of control interface) and the user receives live interaction with our support team. When the widget isn't live, the user will be requested to provide their email address for offline support. When prompted for email, please do so. Chat Room
If there is a support agent online, they will respond to your message in the realtime. Otherwise, please leave your email for offline support. The chat room uses cookies cached in the browser to uniquely identify users. If the user doesn't clear the cache, next time they visit chat room, previous conversations will be appended to the room.
